I ordered Microsoft Office 2010. They sent me the download to my email. I downloaded but when I went to activate it said product key not valid. You then have to try to activate by phone where you have about a 40 number code you have to give them. They told me the product key was blocked because the software was for a developer. I have tried to call the number for PB Distribution but all I get is we are busy assisting other customers. They will not answer any of my emails.
