On 3-8 I paid $675 signed my child up with Florida Family Basketball. Florida Family is suppose to teach competitive basketball skills. According to the website and James Ford c/o founder the program lasted well into the summer. The program ended after 10 weeks and out of the 10 weeks 5 were cancelled. After the first session practice was cancelled for 3 weeks. Once practice resumed I requested a refund from Ben Bridges president / co founder. I tried everything in my power to resolve this situation amicably but Ben Bridges refuses. He refuses to refund my money or provided the agreed upon services. I call and call but Ben Bridges refuses to return calls. I filed a complaint with the Better Business and he did not return respond to them as well.
