Deceptive Practices

Our buddy and that I came 9:50 PM and received a selection from the worker performing the sitting:
1. Requested Breakfast Sampler with selection cost of $7.99
2. Upon getting statement, Breakfast Sampler was $8.99
3. Told waitress that selection confirmed cost of $7.99
4. She introduced two selections, one confirmed $7.99 and also the additional $8.99
5. She stated the pc modifications cost at 10:00 PM and stated I'd need to spend the larger cost
6. I politely wanted she have it transformed, and he or she went away
7. She delivered without altering the cost, and so I simply settled and quit
8. Selection didn't express costs were great simply to 10:00 PM or that costs could be higher after 10:00 PM
9. This is really a misleading practice. Just how many customers does ihop rip-off in this way?
10. I'll not patronize ihop as time goes on
