Hi there,

I bought two large square versaglass, and when I first started using them, I realized that both of them do not close properly!? Am I missing something? It does not seal like the plastic ones at all. It is not suppose to be a tight lead? Both of mine just goes on, but it is definitely not a tight lead that I would put anything liquid or even food with sauce in them? Are they suppose to be like that? I was so excited when I saw that your company came up with glassware, but the lids are definitely not anywhere as good to the other glasswares out there.

I would appreciate a reply to my concern.
