Customer contacted us via e-mail. Requested pricing for product and requested we use a specific shipper since international. He then in turn remitted paynment via-credit card to us. We intern were given conatct at shipping Co. (ArtLine Shippers LTD.) Mr. Rexford Kenson and was also given bank acct.info. For transfer of funds. I called bank prior, as to confirm acct. (was leary in the begining) They confirmed acct. Good for over 1yr. So we transfered funds. Then AC - Browness rep Obie Owens contacted again and wished to dble. Order, as wanted toset up display at location... He pre-paid again... Several cards and finally same as prior. We then transfered funds again.
We called bank of card holder and found that holder had no clue of transactions. We let them know what was going on. Thuis lost the $ paid to us. We then requested Artline shippers to refund, as they never picked up shipment... No replay to date. So even though we were thoughtful enough to notify banks, lost $ paid to us. We are also out the $7800.00 paid to Artline Shippers LTD.
