Never refunded what they promised

I acquired a "present" certification from Sames Crow car dealer in Corpus Christi, Texas for starting their dealer to check drive an automobile. Per the certification, I purchased gasoline in the chosen suppliers, subsequently submitted gasoline deals of $100 or even more monthly (per the necessity about the promotional literature) and did not actually get a $25/month gasoline giftcard back. I paid $5 in advance to make use of this program, and not got that returned, both. I shipped unique gasoline bills in the same Texaco/Chevron place, that they needed, and got confirmations via mail inviting me in to the plan. EXACTLY WHAT A FRAUD!!! Which was in 2008 and that I've never had the opportunity to recover my failures since that time. I'm likely to record the organization to every government and customer organization that I will, including this site.
