MyLite Mylar 2M-50 Packs Had Less Than 50 per Pack

I had purchased 4 packs of 50 MyLite Mylar 2mil silver age comic bags. Through a loyal comic supply seller on the net. The products came factory sealed (as stated by the seller). When I received my order through the mail it came as a shocking suprise that all 4 packs of 50 were less then 50 in each pack. Not just less by one or two bags but four to five each.

I contacted (via email) the main manufacturer the same day I received the bags but they hesitated to respond to my issue. Probably hoping it would slip away so, I resent the same email today (after a week of waiting). Finally I got a respond, asking where I purchased them?

I provided them with all valid information and proof of purchase.

Their respond was they will looking into it. (kind enough to apology) but sorry will not replace the bags I paid for... in the long run a wise buisness will meet terms with thier customers in loyalty and honesty by replacing what the customer has PAID for and didn't receive! And that is for an item that has a false label on it! I think that is called false Advert.

Not a nice feeling being ripped off and not being offered a replacement for what you have already PAID to begin with.

An email was sent to me last month on the 18th of May for the replacement of the bags that were short in number. I was asked to forward my posting address so that the bags will be sent in. It's been close to a month and nothing has arrived! It was a period of wait and to keep the matter quiet! Again another unprofessional and dishonest way of also misleading others into believeing that they are on their word. Only words and NO put out! It's a shame that we the customers that are the most important in the foundation of every single buisness are the ones that are stepped on at times.
