Endless Sales Call, Extra Coins Arrived and $76.00 Was Taken

They kept telling me of coins I should not miss and moved on from one coin to another. I started pushing 0 for the operator, but it did not change anything. Finally, after 20 minutes, I hung up the line.

Three days later I got a receipt saying there was a package for pickup. When I went there, there was an envelope from NCM. Being curious, I opened it. It held the coins I ordered and then some.

I tried to call repeatedly with no answer. When I got home and checked my account, they had taken $76.00 out of it. Since I could not get in touch with them, I figured I would keep the coins, but I will never do business with them again. Thanks for giving me a chance to vent my anger.
