On January 25 I purchased 2 cricked android phones total it was $400 for the contracts and service. When we received the phones neither one of them would work. My daughter wanted the phone and kept her's I called cricket they told me to ship it back to them which I did. They received the phone on 2/11. They were to give me a credit on my debit card never happened. My bank account was closed then Cricket told me they would send me a check I have never received anything at all. I am owed $200 for the phone that they received back and sold to someone else. I am out $200. The bank account I had is closed so I can't dispute the transaction and I have given up because every time I call cricket they tell me someone will call me back. They have my money and I have nothing.
