Poor customer service

I cannot upload photos to this dating website. I have tried a number of times and get "Internal Error" messages. I have even emailed photos to Badoo which they say will be posted to my profile within 15 minutes with no success. I have received no response from Badoo.com. I am a paying member on this site.
