None of their products work. I've tried numerous times to cancel my orders but I keep on getting a busy signal from their customer service 800 number. I called their other 800 number, but they told me to keep trying the customer service number. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! In the meantime, I've called my credit card to change accounts so CP DIREECT can stop charging me!
