Enormous rent increases to longtime residents

For the first 5 years of living here under the previous owner, my rent inceased a total of $16.00 for those 5 years.

Now having lived here an additional 3 years under Capital Real Estate USA (Owner), my rent as increased $64.00, the majority of it in 2011 alone of $39.00, a 64.1% increase of the entire $64.00.

The property was built in 1971 and looks worse than it has during my first 5 years here.
