Official Email Marketing Ordered software priced at $35.00, credit card charged $135.00, proprietor refused delivery and did not reverse credit card charges

I ordered 5000 email addresses for $24.95 and web based software to send an advertisemen for $35.00. Official Email Markering charged my credit card $24.95 and $135.00 (instead of $35.00).

When I attempted to correct the charge I received the following comments from the "Oline Live Chat Customer Sevice": "Your fault", "f* you", "dick head", "you wont get anything", "I don't want your business", "you are banned from my web site."

The charges have not been reversed on my credit card and I am spending an inordinate amount of time disputing the charges. Additionally no email list or software has been delivered.

Be cautious or avoid doing business with "OfficialEmailMarketing.com"or "Official Email Marketing" as it is apparently owned and operated by a young vulgar computer geek with no customer service or communication skills. Alan Cayo
