Not A Satified Custome

To whom it may concern, My wife and I purchased furniture from The Roomstore. We bought the warranty and we have been given then the runaround trying to use the warranty. After repeated calls they will send someone, but they will only put a band-aid on the problem. My wife and I are waiting for them to show up to fix a problem that was not corrected the first time. We were told they would show up between 4 and 8 pm. On a weekend. Every call to them is met with a new number to call. We spent over $10,000 in this store at one time. We are very dis-satisfied with their customer service and the product we bought. It is 6:30 on a saturday evening ion July and now it's June and I am still not complete. It has taken this store a entire year to complete the order or replace broken items. This is not accteable to any consumer. I am on the verge of seeking legal help to return all this merchantdise. Please, read this email and try to resolve this issue.
