The photographer was not professional when taking my 2 yr old grandson's pictures and even when we went back to pick them up. He missed using a coupon I had. I called and the manager told me to go back and pick out 2 pictures for free for my inconvenience. I went back and again the photographer tried to tell me I couldn't have what I was told I could by the manager. I left. I called the 800# and was treated sarcastically when I asked for a refund. It is about $106.00. Brian, the cust service said I can't have a refund unless I return the pictures. He was very sarcastic about me asking for my money back. I asked for Gale, the regional mgr to call me and never received a call. I called again and asked for Gale to call me and still never received a call. I have emailed twice and was told on the second email to call the 800#. This is so crazy. Why won't they respond? It is terrible customer service.
