How to contact WOW and get results

Okay that was a misleading title and there is no way to get results from this company because they place higher strength to the single line of your contract that reads "all terms and conditions are subject to change" than the word of their employees at time of sale. The entire contract is 2 pages explaining how difficult they will make it to cancel your contract but in no way explaining your rights under the contract. If you need to contact WoW and you are not getting results from the complaint email section on their website, you can go straight to the corporate office by calling Mary Roma (owner of WoW) at (732) 903-1800 ext 142. You will get her assistant but atleast its FINALLY a human being not the emails from people (Bernadette Milaszewski) who aren't actually allowed to make decisions. Good luck.
