My son arrested because greeter asked not to do her job by management

Our boy took several DVDs and Pokemon and put it in his backpack. The greeter who had been designed to examine his backpack following the burglar alarm went down was informed by supervisor and gas to not examine his carrier simply because they were likely to charge him for theft. Had the greeter been permitted to do her work my therefore might have delivered the stolen DVD"S and Pokemon cards and revealed. Alternatively he was put up and never provided the opportunity to correct his error. I would like to let you know my boy is 10 years old of course if he'd been halted from the greeter he'd have delivered the stolen DVDs and cards and apologized. I screamed at him when he got house, however it appears like gas gets taken care of every shoplifter they capture. That's why my boy wasn't provided the opportunity to correct his error. I permitted him to appear around while I had been buying. The worker who noticed him taking didn't claim something in my experience. If she did then I'd have created him reunite stolen DVD and cards.

Unhappy using what my boy has been doing but additionally unhappy with how it had been managed. Essentially he wasn't provided an option to fix his wrongdoing that will be what that is about.
