I ordered a specific Mobility Scooter, the GT-3 with the CARGO carrier, as pictured on his website.
The ORDER FORM asked for an additional $400, over the advertised selling price of $1499.00.
I was told by Rob Remitz that he had THOUGHT it was in stock, but instead, it was enroute ON ORDER from China, and advised it would be a 6 wk delay!

He then talked me OUT of that model, saying they had shipping problems because it was too long.
(only 2" longer than the other model!) He stated that he would send a little trailer (supposedly a $300 value - which I later found on line for $192.00!!) and agreed to refund the $100 difference in the original order.

The delivery was delayed by 1 week. And when it arrived, the literature and model was a EW-36 from ELECTRIC WHEELS, a totally different supplier - NOT the model he advertised, and NOT what I had ordered.
