Lose of Connection during Intermission

I have been a loyal PAYING player on Pogo.com since 2005 I dod NOT renew my membership this year because of the connection issues that I'm having from EVERY computer I attempt to play Hearts or Spades on.

During this NEW intermission I am disconnected from my game and the entire server. I have to reconnect to the whole game room which takes a bit of a minute and many times after attempting to get in my game I cant... Its says "Lost connection", "you are not connected to the internet" or "another window is already open" or it does not let me in at all. It seems to happen right when I'm winning and Ive lost many points and tokens dealing with this. It also makes others think I am cheating because I cant stay seated in the middle of a game.

I love this site but the changes over the years will not have me coming back as a paying customer.
