Bad Gas

I put gas my 2007 ford expedition, $100.00 of regular unleaded at the BP station located at 51015 VanDyke, Shelby Township Michigan (My vehicle was almost on empty when I put the gas in). My check engine light came on about 1 mile after leaving the station. The next day I went to Suburban Ford, in Sterling Heights and they advise me I had e-85 fuel in my vehicle. I have the service report from the dealer and a copy of the charge invoice for the gas. The gas station does not sell e-85 at that location. They are selling a cheaper fuel to customers and charging for regular gas!
