We have all heard of the herbal incense boom and we are most commonly hear the term K2 when referring to synthetic pot. We are a retailer of such products and we have many different vendors for all types of herbal incense. We have had a relationship with SOUTH EAST VENTURES a.K.A. Miami Underground a.K.A. Adko Consumer Products a.K.A. Svedko a.K.A. The manufacturers of K2. Recently we attempted to make a purchase of 100 pieces of their product and need a specific type of product they carried in the past. Juan took the order and had us speak to his boss Michael Mendez (probably not his real name). They took the order via telephone and shipped the product to us C.O.D. Certified funds (cashier's check or money order). The product arrived and it was the WRONG product. We returned the product, because it was the WRONG PRODUCT from the product we ordered.
