There Should be no Fee

I was contacted repeatedly by Walmart saying I was New Mexico's monthly winner for a $1,000 card. When I tried to fill the form as they asked so they could send my card, they tried to charge me. This is America and if you win something it should be just that and not a scam to charge those that have nothing, I have been a lifetime shopper of wal-mart and I will not shop there anymore. It is such a SHAME that these people prey on others in need and I am so angry about this. Either mail my card or leave me alone.
