Ethnically Backward and Ridiculous/Lapse in Customer Service

Issues:

1. This place is ethnically backward and ridiculous-not posting other races on its homepage-Places like these have no problem taking your money but to post your ethnicity and its complexion they always have a problem

2. People who have used this agency and its site send spam to other agencies especially on Youtube.com

3. I emailed the customer service about a question and they have not even replied me back as of yet!
