Photographer is a fraud

I see so many complaints about this photographer - all with the same experience as mine. We used Brandon Short for our wedding in 2009. We have not received any finished photos or albums. We had to contact his second shooter that he used during the wedding. Thankfully he had SOME of the unedited pictures saved. I have filed a complaints and prepared court documents, but the cost and the time is are too high just to recoup the loss. Please contact me if you all decide to take action as a group to recover your lost photos
