Total Deception

I applied for a loan and was told i was accepted. Then i was told that i had 18 months before payments started. And the payments would be very low like 20.00 a month. I was also told i'd received 740.00 back from the government program for the installation. My son was a witness to all of this.

She promised to bring me all of the financial information the nest day. I called and called her but she never returned my calls. A couple of months later i received a statement from the loan company stating that my payments were due immediately at 60.00 per month. So now i'm in collections and threatened day and night by the loan company. I just was in the hospital again for 3 months. This has caused me so much stress and worry. I'm supposed to avoid stress to heal. I tried calling Improve It several times but never receive a return call from the manager.
