Mail Fraud the company sends a letter from the company address of 26 Railroad Avenue in Babylon, New York. The letter says its a payout notification advisory for $2,875, 536.00 and to repond by May 27.

There is a second letter that says document release authorization form. It looks real official and it asks for us to sign and date it and also to send $20 dollars for required processing to a different address. The address is 265 Sunrise Highway Suite 1 PMB 104 Rockville Centre, New York 11570.
