John Zurenda Bad service / Terribly erroneous info

I have dealt with that company twice and both times with chief investigator himself Mr. John Zurenda.
He promised me some info which I never got, the turn around time was not respected and awfully long, everytime I called the office he would take forever to return my calls, he was probably too busy with some more important cases as he kept
telling me how "busy" he was and would never apologize once for the long TAT and missing info. I could tell I was bothering him on the phone.
All in all there are so many other PIs in Florida I would not recommend this firm, it is not a serious firm at all. I was very
disappointed. The only info that was received at my end is obvious info I found myself online - and of course I paid through the nose after comparing their prices with their competitors. Not a happy customer.
