All Seasons Contracting, Inc Misleading sales practices

As with the complaint from Johnnie B in St louis on Hoffmeister ave (which is appr less than 10 blocks from my house) I too have had great issues with this company, unfortunately I fell for it. Fast talking, hurry up and sign this paper so we can contact your insurance company, when in reality you are signing a contract.
We did look up this company on the BBB website and only found their Illinois wesite which had an F rating so we decided to do the work ourselves. But they are really smart, they were banned from doing any work in Illinois by the Attorney General Madigan, so they did move over to Missouri and started the same company with an A rating since it was a new company. Same people different address.
According to their contract by doing the job ourseves we breeched the contract and had to pay them $5500.00 and they did not lift a finger to side our two story home.By the way we have a higher quality and better job than our neighbor who fell for them too (also has compalints to the BBB).
They have now started a business in Kansas City Mo. I filed a complaint with Missouri Attorney General and with the BBB.
They even hired a collection agency to collect money that has been paid to them.
Best advise I can give to any homeowner is if you have damage, you can file a claim yourself, you do not need somebody knocking on your door to do so, get 2 or 3 bids and check them out carefully before employing and contractor. Buyer Beware!!!
