I had (notice I said "had") an account with them and had a zero balance on my account. I placed an order 5 different times and all 5 times the order didn't get placed. After talking to 10 different people and gettting 10 different answers, I finally gave up. I informed them to REMOVE me from any lists they have me associated with and to cancel my account! Employees didn't know company policy and their supervisor was very rude. They are the most unprofessional people I have dealt with in my entire 45 years of being on this earth.
