Did not receive rebate as promised

I required a radio modem while purchasing online sites having a regional organization. I had been assured a $50 refund about the equipment needed. Times later, I approached the supplier, and was directed to, "demand the refund on the internet on rebate. Offerwire.com." Many efforts were created on my account to request the refund, but were redirected to additional websites which werenot helpful whatsoever. I still haven't been approached by one to acquire my refund by which I had been guaranteed upon becoming a member of gear.
