Took my Money & I got Nothing

I called Intelius, to find out, where I can find, where someone works. They told me that, they could do that, butI had to pay $19.90, first. I gave them my credit card information. They said, ok, and log back on, to Intelius. I did and put all my information, of the person, I was trying, find out about employment. Well, all I got was their name and address. If, I wanted to get more information, I had to pay $49.00.

I called them, within the hour, and told them, that I explained to them, that I did not want to pay again, I wanted this site cancelled and refund my money. Well, they got the money out of account, as soon, a I hung up the phone. They said I could get my money in 7 - 8 business days. I was mad. I said, no, u put that back in my account now. They said, NO. What a scam. Do not ever use this site. I had their name and address, of the party, I was trying. How do they get away with this? False advertising.
