Stay Away!

I receive two dishwashers today. One with damage to the inside door and tub. The damages were not cause by shipping. Both dishwashers had hard water stains very visible since the inside of the Bosch dishwashers were stainless steel. The manager named Candace stated that the damages were due to shipping and the water stains were from factory testing. The dishwashers were wrapped in plastic with foam. Never came with the original packaging. Needless to say, this is not how appliance should arrive. I called to return the dishwashers only to be told that I would have to pay a 30% restocking fee and $250 for shipping. The second option was to send replacement parts. BEWARE: This company sells used, damaged, or refurbished items and passes them off as new. Save yourself the headache and don't buy from them!
