Stealing Money from Consume

I made a purchase on 04/05 for a Samsung TV and a Samsung TV mount. When the order was completed, the total was $1,792.58 and they did sent me an order confirm email, When I received my monthly statement from chase, the amount was $1,903.46. The difference was $110.88. When I asked them, they said that was the insurance for the shipping. Nothing was mentioned when the order was made.

You can go to their website, Zibdirect.com, and double check this. So the additional $110.88 was charged to my account without my agreement. The second problem I have with them regarding a refund of a returned item. I ordered the manufacture Samsung ultra slim TV mount for $109, please see the order confirmed email, but they sent me an after - market item worth $19 at Amazon. I called them on 04/15, explained the problem and they accepted the return. The returned item was received on 04/20, It has been 26 days but I have not received the refund. I have made many calls to the seller in an attempt to resolve the problem but the problem remained unresolved.
