Rick bennett hair school scam / contract fraud / deceptive business practices

I paid to have my step-child enrolled at this cosmetology school that I felt was pretty expensive but my child wanted to be a hair stylist someday, and I relented. From the first day, my child was accosted by the owners, Mr. Bennett and Mr. Gitthens, to attend a student party at one of their homes. Seems it was to trap their students for alcohol, drugs and eventually sex. After hearing this distressing event I looked into this situation. Both owners have been married numerous times
(Bennett alone over 8 times) and have a reputation for drugs and sex parties within the industry.
Apparently, Mrs. Duncan married to Ron Duncan from the Duncan Bros. School has racked up unpaid IRS bills along with his twin, Don Duncan. I found through my investigation numerous pregnancies,
confidence schemes exploiting their students and sexual harrassment allegations from former students that were settled out of court and evidence of vast drug use. This place needs to be investigated formally by law enforcement and closed down for public safety.

After making a large down payment, my child was basically kept in an adjoining room and told to read the text book each day as they have no clientele. They do not tell you that their is no refund at any time. I am seriously considering litigation concerning not just the tuition monies but sexual harrassment and emotional distress. Parents/Guardians need to be made aware of what this place really is. It is disguised as a school but is nothing but a financial trap as well as a place to sexually exploit young people.
