Job Not Finished

I wrote the check May of 08 for the monument. When they poured the cement for the base for the grave stone they left the wood around it and have never been back to remove it. I have called numerous times over the years and they have just joked about it was free just part of the deal and finally said they would take care of it. I really did not think this was funny. It was serious to me. I know this is just a little matter that should just be taken care of in a minute but I can't seem to get it done. The guy I talked to just thinks it is funny for some reason. I just want the marker to be nice like all the others. Its not a big deal to get someone to take the wood off. It just does not look complete. Its been far too long.
