Charged my credit card fraudently! Ripoff!

I found a charge on my Discover Card account which I couldn't indentify. I called the number and they said that I had ordered some kind of kit. This never happened. They then said that someone at my telephone number 334-826-1494 ordered it on 9 January. That number used to be my daughter's, but it was dosconnected last summer.

I then notified the Discover card people who said that they would look into the matter. A credit suddenly appeared on my account, but not for the $96.00. There was also another charge on 9 January for $1.00 which I didn't catch because I thought my account was at -0-. The credit was for about $86.00. These jerks still managed to cheat me out of around $15.00. I can only imagine how much they scam if they hit around 10,000 people for $15.00 each.

What scares me even more is that they somehow got my credit card number. Nobody has that number except my wife who is on the account. We were out of the country on both occasions that they say we charged this kit or whatever.
