Service rep pre certified me for emergency room Mercy Gilbert hospital everything will be taken care of. What they didn't tell me was their ER doctors at Mercy are contracted out and were not participating providers since August.in which I received a bill for 982.00 from ER doctor Premier Emergency Medical which quit bc/bs in Aug. Service rep could have told me this ahead of time and saved me a grand. What about the next guy?
