Federal Bureau of Legislations Stating that I owe them money for a pay day loan that I signed for, but I did not sign for a pay day loan with them people or with that company

Two men with foreign accents contacted me and stated that a lawsuit was being put against my social security number for the reason of signing for a pay day loan. They stated the pay day loan was deposited into my checking account and my payments to them were returned for non-sufficient funds. The men are not telling the truth. I have not signed for a pay day loan with them at all. The men have all of may information and I really do not know how they achieved my info, but the men are liars. The men also stated that I owe them over $5000.00, they have got to be joking! I have contacted my hometown sheriff's department and they let me know this was a scam in trying to receive money and for me not to send them anything about me or my checking account. I have also contact the public service commission and gave them every number these men have called me from. The will not leave me alone, they are even interfering with my job, hassling me at work. They keep every two months, 2 to 5 times a day. If you get any phone calls from these men, ignore them, and do not give them the time of day. They give different names and they have many company names. They have really upset me!
