I bought a new Samsung Refrigerator in November. The compressor has gone bad after six plus years of use. This is not normal, but Samsung will not help correct the problem because the refrigerator is over 5 years old. It is my opinion that you may want to buy another Brand. If customers want to feel good about their purchases, I do not think Samsung is the company for you.

I have already contacted Samsung twice. You may not be authorized to access any third party websites or the link which I have referred to, but there are many thousands of other people that can. My complaint about the product that Samsung makes is reaching many. My refrigerator may have cost me less than $2000.00 but my warnings to others about Samsung will cost Samsung allot more.
