As the end of my lease approached, the office manager began calling me on a daily basis asking if i was going to sign another lease with the company or vacate the primises. My lease was due to be up in May so i was imformed that i had to either give a thirty day notice or sign a new lease. So i gave a thirty day notice with the imformation given to me from the manager that if i didnt find anything i still had the option of month to month until something came up. I finally found a place got all my info sent to the apartment but it wasnt going to be ready until May 8. So I was again informed I had to put in another notice to when I was goin to move. Before I could inform the preserves I found a place. Judy called me and asked if I found something I told her no at the time I wasnt for sure if I wanted the place it was a two bedroom and I needed a three. She stated to me "I thought you got the apartment " i told her how do you know. Judy had called and asked the people at the Apartements if they had given me the place. She was way out of line!

The next thing she did was kept calling me three and four times a day trying to find out if I was moving or staying or if I had family I could go stay with. They had a renter they planed to move in on May thirtenth so they needed me out. I found a private owner willing to rent to me and all of my info checked out. They called the office to get a rental history for me but needed my consent. So May 3 I went in the office sat at the desk with Pauline while Judy was in the clubhouse with a client. I signed the paperwork and explain to Pauline the situation on the new place I had found. It wouldn't be ready until mid June and that I would have to reside in my place until then. Judy decided to just into our conversation and again ask me well you do have a place or family you can stay with again I told her no. Judy decided to take it upon herself to send over the release of rental history and an email I sent about a puppy I found that I was looking to find a home for. She stated to the new landlord that I snuck a Pitbull in the apartment. This was unnecessary information I sent an email to Judy like she asked when she called me about the dog and I told her it was a puppy that I found it and was looking for a home for it.

After Judy told the new landlord all that she no longer wanted to lease out her place to me. Now I for sure have no place to go thanks to Judy all in my business. I think she has harassed me enough. I should be the last person she should go this far with. And for the record I had made a request a while ago that Judy K. At no time what so ever have any contact with me or anything to do with my file at the Preserves. So I dont know why she was even involved. Also Pauline and the accountant had no knowledge how the information got over to the other realitor when they hadn't sent it yet. I found out that Judy took it upon herself to talk to the landlord personally. I'm sure this is not how a company does business and treats their tenants. I feel like I was harassed by this lady and she really has a problem with people.
