On Tuesday May 3 I was on the phone with Mr. R. This talk was in regards to a tuition matter that was handed over to his company. When i disagreed with a statement Mr. R. Made about them constantly trying to collect a debt from me he proceeded to talk over me so I in turn hung up on him. Mr R. Called me back and asked if we were disconnectd or if I hung up and when I told him that I had hung up because he would not let me speak he in turn hung up on me. I called him back and told him that he was unprofessional and that I was going to report hin to the Better Business Bureau. I feel that in any business a conversation is two sided and that both parties should be able to speak, but instead Mr. R. Was tryng to use his position to intimidate me saying that this is a state matter and I will repay this money when all I am trying to do is figutre out why I owe the money in the first place!
