Warranty Issue

Bought two Lexmark 32 Black ink cartridges. They shipped them out along with a piece of paper stating warranty issues should be packaged separately from " Buy Back" cartridges. I tested one cartridge and it did not work. After following their proceedure, I used their address label and sent it, along with three "Buy Back" cartridges empties I had laying around. They said that they would credit my Pay Pal account and ship out a replacement cartridge as well. They never did either one.
