Company wont Cancel/keep sending bills

I then found out about that when my Credit-Card organization approached me about a unique cost on my card. I questioned the cost and my card business terminated my card and released a brand new one. I also known as the seller... They stated I'd registered for this savings membership. Used to donot remember doing this, but I told them I needed to stop. They said ok. Weeks later, I'm still receiving expenses for this Savings Club. I called again to stop and was informed the only means I really could stop is easily settled the $59.70 which was now overdue. I told them I'd not utilized the service, and did not actually understand how to access the service. They explained they'd maintain billing me $19.90 every month till I settled... And certainly will not I would like to stop till I spend.
