I live at ivy terrace and I went on vacation with my mother and my two children. When I got home I had a note pinned to my door telling me I was evicted from the apartment and had so many days to evacuate the premises. When I confronted Mary Jarvis about it she accused me of having a party. I had told her about my vacation and not being there. She told me that she was told I was home and that they had found a beer bottle somewhere near the front door to my apartment.

How's that for a landlord? I did end up not leaving, there was no reason to be evicted I was not home and didn't have a beer party.
