My uncle, kiran patel bought me pair of trousers on 16/07 from your outlet store van heusen located in round rock, texas.
Details of it. Pova - 27579 (4908vhs12- 1003484) size: 34/29
after my first wash, (as specified on tag of trousers), it had shrinked almost one inch in length. Now, i am not going to be able to wear it anymore. If your product is going to shrink, your company must specify on labels as warning. I want to resolve this problem amicably. If it is resolved in a timely fashion, i will contact the federal consumer agency and my state attorney general's office in texas.
I can send you the photographed proof if you ask me to do that. Please provide me email so that i can attach the photographs.
