Just Won't Pay!

Been doing work for Christine at Arbella construction. I have had to ask for payment since we started in October or November. I have not been paid since December. Christine owes me $774.96 for invoices completed and submitted. She say's the company that issues invoices is is 4 months behind in paying her. Just recently she has wanted me to open a paypall account or give her my business checking account info to deposit money into my account.

My attorney advises against this. She states she has no printed checks on her account to mail out. With having to threaten her with small claims court, she said she would pay. Has not, says now she will mail a money order. That's been 10 more day's. Trying to avoid an attorney, but she just wont pay. If contacted by this company to do any work, beware, your going to get screwed! Just want her to man up and pay, keeping her part of the deal.
