Corn Paid for & Never Received

We ordered a ton of Corn from TOM (?) toward the end of May. He said he would be up in a few weeks to deliver it. Never happened. E said a couple months later-My truck broke down but I'll be there next week. Next time i spoke to him he said he was in the VA hospital and would be up very soon. Next time he said (same thing&I'll be up next week and itnever happened). When I spoke to him in Feb he said he'd send me a check next week. Never happened. I started calling him and leaving messages (he never answered his phone). I would leave messages to the effect: you are a con-man, you are taking advantage of a USMarine's family. My husband is very ill and you are not making it any easier for us. I called his home phone and they would take the phone off the hook and never talk. All's I want is my $253. That I paid him in good faith. As far as I am concerned I would never buy a cornstove or corn or anything else that scondral sells. I also sent a fax to him April 7.

I know I waited a long time but when he said he was a Veteran and in the hopsital I felt sorry for him BUT NO LONGER). My husband was in the Marine Corps over 20 years and was in Viet Nam twice, now has many serious illnesses from Agent Orange. He should not have to deal with this. We want our money back.
