Update

I agreed to negotiate with FDR by producing four more funds, to get a whole of 52 payments of the 33 cost agreement, hence spending a sum equal-to my initial debt.

FDR countered by providing me a “Settlement Contract, Common Launch and Reputation of Confidentiality.” I'll attempt to review.

Settlement Agreement - Your deal is ended after I sign this contract. FDR can send me $566.60. The cash I've in FDR’s ‘bank’ wasn't described and it is significantly more than $566.60. Did they intend to maintain this cash? This negotiation might abandon me owing half my initial debt.

General Release - I might not take part in any claims against FDR.

Reputation of Discretion - I might not talk the conditions of the contract or any discontent with FDR to any individuals or companies in virtually any method. I should deliver a listing to all individuals or companies to whom I've reported and that I should allow these individuals or companies realize that FDR and that I have separated ‘amicably.’

FDR recommended me to consult a lawyer before signing this contract. Like I will manage one. After I do consult a lawyer about FDR, it'll not be over this contract.

In my opinion FDR believes I’m an idiot simply because I closed together. But I had been tricked!
