Ripoff! Misleading sales, no refund for products I did not recieve

This company had been calling repeatedly for a few weeks, every time they tried to sell me something, I'd say no. Then they caught me more than half asleep, and I dumbly signed up.

They originally stated that I'd be paying for on magazine for about 3 dollars a week, and i'd get 6 or 7 free extra magazines. Later when i verifed the changed it to 49.92 a month. They also stated i'd get a free diamond watch.

Now its two months later, i've finally been able to get their phone number. So i called them up and cancelled, first they tried to get me into a cheaper package, then i conviced them to cancel. They then said i'd have to pay the last two moths. Now one month had already been paid for and i called them on this. Now they say there sending a bill.

I would like to note that i have not recieved ANYTHING! No watch, not a single magazine either. And frankly from what i've read about this company, i don't think i will.

I would apreciate any help so i can try to get my money back, and to help prevent further billing.
