I applied for a credit card and did not receive one, now a "debt consolidation caompany" from Mecedon, New York is calling me and threatening me!

A "debt consolidation company is calling me and threatening me stating that my name is part of a judgement against me and my SSN and if I do not contact "Daniel McCullum" they will contact my employer and references. This person has a thick Indian accent with an American name and can barely speak english. I have checked and reported this to my State's Attorney General, the FTC and even the FBI, but these people are scum and illegal. They should be stopped!!!
